HomeDevelopment fee

The fee covers my work, from studying the project to market launch, in all four fields. Its level depends on how complex the project is. It is an estimate: the firm amount is set by quote, after a first conversation.

Level 1

Simple project

€1,000excl. VATestimate, confirmed by quote

One formula, a standard format, one country.

  • A single product
  • A format most manufacturers handle
  • Ingredients with an established status
  • A single country of sale
Level 2

Complex project

€2,000excl. VATestimate, confirmed by quote

Sensitive ingredients, a demanding format, or two countries.

  • Sensitive ingredients: stability, taste, doses close to the maximum
  • A demanding format that few manufacturers can make
  • Two countries of sale
Level 3

Highly complex project

€3,000excl. VATestimate, confirmed by quote

A range, an ingredient whose status must be established, or several countries.

  • Several products developed together
  • An ingredient whose status must be established, or which needs an authorisation
  • Three or more countries of sale, each with its own rules

The level is set together at the first meeting, on your actual project. The finished product is quoted separately.

You step in six times: the brief, the formula to approve, the quote to choose, the proof to sign, the deposit then the balance. The rest is my work.

Translated for information. The contract is in French, and the French text prevails.

  • The finished product, quoted separately.
  • Development shipping costs (samples, transfers between partners), recharged at cost
  • Any new formula or packaging redesign requested during the contract: separate quote

Nothing starts without an accepted quote. The terms of sale for products are online: Terms of sale.

I read every request myself, and I come back to you with what I can do, or with what stands in the way.
